A matching pair of slip on Waffen SS Hauptscharfhrer shoulder straps, constructed of a field gray wool core with a black wool topper and dark green Waffenfarbe piping (signature to Waffen SS Reserve Replacement Ersatzwesen personnel) along with a strip of machine embroidered tresse along the edges, and two silvered aluminum rank pips, the reverse showing the wool core along with the securing pins of
