Carolina Gatti is a radical young winemaker on her family's 200 year old estate in the Prosecco producing area of the Veneto making beautiful wines. This is a joyous Raboso made for the table. Very aromatic with cherry and cranberry on the nose, with additional savory plummy and apple as well as a subtle meatiness akin to Nebbiolo on the palate. Delicious and vibrant, great value.
