A Kreisleiter vehicle pennant banner, of multi piece construction, consisting of four equal panels of triangular white and dark brown wool rayon blended cloth, securely stitched into a square with points meeting in the centre, the obverse bearing a central hand embroidered gold bullion flat wire NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by Fraktur letters KL (Kreisleiter) of
