The grapes are harvested by variety and parcel, destemmed, then macerated as whole berries in stainless steel, concrete, and large neutral barrels. After a short fermentation and brief aging, the wine is blended and lightly filtered before bottling. Bright, easygoing, and fruit driven, with red fruit, soft tannins, and a clean earthy finish.
