Lost Under Heaven 2022 Loureira Blanca Unfined and unfilteredAn amber wine made from biodynamically farmed Grechetto in the Pian dellOca vineyard in Cortona. Whole clusters undergo partial carbonic maceration for about ten days before pressing. The wine then ages for six months in clay amphorae, preserving freshness while developing gentle texture from skin contact. Bottled with minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration.
