An unusual national flag banner, constructed of a triangular red cotton cloth base, bearing double sided central white cotton discs measuring 72 cm in diameter, in turn overlaid by dyed black mobile swastikas, with one half of the hoist edge featuring a hollow channel for suspension, unmarked, measuring approximately 163 cm (w) x 284 cm (l), demonstrating no notable damage or wear, an interesting example of irregular shape in extremely fine
