Croatia, Independent State. An Order Of The Iron Trefoil, Iii Class, C.1941 Archive mounted to a five-sided brass(Red eljeznog Trolista). Instituted in 1941. Three piece construction, cross in black lacquered non magnetic metal alloy, silvered centrepiece with red and blue enamels, unmarked but of typical Braca Knaus of Zagreb manufacture, measuring 40. 5 mm (w) x 41. 5 mm (h), intact enamels, scattered chipping evident in the black lacquer on both sides of the cross, on its original ribbon, better than very fine.
