It offers delicate notes of vanilla, honey and licorice. Marc Sassier, Saint James oenologist APPEARANCE : Straw yellow with slight golden glints. NOSE : Round, refined and delicate. Well developed notes of dried fruits, honey and licorice combined with vanilla and slightly woody notes. PALATE : Very balanced, with
