Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon featuring a classic Spanish style buckle and horizontal pinback, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a black painted core, central mobile swastika, and date of 1939 on the six oclock arm, the reverse plain, unmarked but with characteristics of replacement pieces produced in Spain for Blue Division veterans, measuring 15 mm
