Cabernet Franc 2023 Rhône delicate floral and citrus notesA varietal Cabernet Franc from the Sentio organic estate in Pcsely, grown on limestone and sandstone soils. Grapes are hand harvested and gently destemmed into open fermentors, with partial semi carbonic maceration. After 10 days, the wine is pressed and aged for 11 months in large oak barrels. Bottled with nothing added, it shows a pure and expressive style.
