S. issue web trouser belt with a Russell Manufacturing Company buckle. However, the soldier created a souvenir trench art style belt by amassing 25 buttons, badges and medals and attaching them to this belt. The belt may have belonged to a French solider as the final piece bears a French WW1 dog tag that reads PIOUT LOUIS 1893. The pieces range in nationality from U. S., British,
