This is a rare Japanese Imperial Guard Officer Visor Cap has a body of light brown green fine woven wool. The top panel seam features red piping, matching the color of the red wool cap band. Center of cap features a bronze Star over a Wreath which is the insignia for the Imperial Guard. The visor has some minor flakes and cracks in the leather.
