We just received this Antique Converted musket, along with about 200 other guns, from a collection that sat in an attic for close to 100 years. This started life as a French, possibly 1st Empire Napoleonic flintlock musket that was converted to percussion. However, it still retaining its ORIGINAL flintlock hammer, modified by having a percussion "nose" welded between the flintlock's hammer jaws. It was then further
