Man with Mustache, Full Plate Folk Art Tintype Mounted to Wood with Shoestring Hanger Herend porcelain 4 7/8” l x 2”Unusual to find a hand painted full plate folk art tintype like this mounted to wood certainly done later, and with a shoe string threaded through two holes in the wood to hang it, a nice make do sort of detail. I really love his face, and delicately painted mustache and striped tie, and his Mona Lisa esque sort mystery intensity, with an eyes following you around the room aspect for sure. Feels very present, an excellent one to live with. 10 7 8" x 8
