Previously known as the "Flag of chief of the Naval General Staff" until 1964, this wonderful canvas or linen flag measures 89 x 44 inches, the perfect size for a Cold War Wall display. The flag is white, withe a blue bar on the bottom, representing the ocean, with the Soviet "Hammer and
