This is a very nice WWII German National Socialist League of the Reich for Physical Exercise (Nationalsozialistischer Reichsbund fr Leibesbungen NSRL) Flag Pole Finial or Topper (Fahnenstange Endstck). The NSRL logo is a rectangular Reichsadler (State Eagle), which has a canted Swas (Swas) in the middle. This is surrounded by a spade shaped design for the pole top. The finial is made of cast brass, which has been
