Lovely 1830 Needlepoint of Parrot on Branch with Monogram in Early Frame A.M King Square(ish) boxes measures 3 7/8"An early and beautifully done needlepoint of a parrot executed in wool on perforated paper with a note on the back of the antique frame written by a Susan Frazar Kennedy, noting is having been worked in 1830, I presume by a relative, perhaps her mother, with the monogram MEF. What I love most about the needlepoint itself is that fabulous border, with triangles and squares of directional stitching, in cream and a sort of khaki green, adding up to
