It is the final of four variations of the Type 90 Army helmet and was designed specifically for mainland civil defense. Correct brown paint in very good condition with one dent to the top. Inside is a woven wool liner and three hand painted katakana symbols: SHI MA DA. Which translates to "Fukueki suru" which is a personal creed of the soldier who owned it.
