I am completely taken with this little ringmaster (look at those pink cheeks

lovingly constructed of tin with its original glass in three of the four top level windows

but I love it for the history it holds

The "ice" on the top, which makes me think of block ice and early Diary Queen and the like, is pretty fabulous too. I'm not sure if the third word on the lid is meant to read "gon'fishing" or is a last name, but either way this makes me purely happy. Plus three
