This is a lovely German Krimschild (Crimea Shield) award, with a lovely metal shield attached to blue gray Luftwaffe (Air Force) wool cloth backing. The wool is in good shape, and has stitch holes and some stitching around the edge, indicating that it was cut off a uniform, and not the unissued types we often see. The rear paper backing is mostly complete, and has a great aged look. A bit on the right side is torn
