It is of steel construction and stands 16 tall with a circumference of 14 inches. The label is 90% intact and reads: MODEL FF2 HORIZONTAL CARBON DIOXIDE FIRE EXTINGUISHER TO OPERATE: 1) AIM CLOSE TO BASE OF FLAME 2) PULL FINGER TRIGGER AFTER USE RECHARGE IMMEDIATELY CHECK CONTENTS EVERY 6
