This is a very high quality manufactured visor. We believe it is by EREL. Fabricated in Army green gray wool, with wide dark green wool cap band, plus three rows of white wool piping around the circumference. The peak visor cap retains matching, quality metal eagle with swas and oak leaves, along with a metal cockade with red felt center. The cap
