Looks top me like the driven in his bright blue suit and top hat is enjoying himself, while the horse, with blinders on, trots along dutifully. I especially like the bright yellow accents on wheels and the horse's harness. Charming. In the period gold over gesso frame I found it in. 6 1 4"
