Well circulated but above average VG note with a terrific railroad motifs

it seemed ashame to break these books up

Here are the "issues" the corners are not as needle sharp as I'd typically like for an Unc and there is a small internal bend at the lower right corner (face viewing)

The book itself is in Very Good condition with the dust jacket showing a couple points of wear and paper loss visible in images.
