1960 Philmore Fixed Crystal Detector antique nude Ruscheweyh and Edward AVintage semiconductor component used to convert (rectify) AC radio signals to DC. People are Thunderstruck to find that a small piece, roughly an eighth of the size, called a diode is now the standard for radio signal conversion.
